Vice President Bauman started his post at the Institute for Clinical Social work in September 2017. Mr. Bauman came to ICSW from the Auditorium Theatre at Roosevelt University, where he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Auditorium Theatre, he spent time at the Grant Park Orchestral Association.

Mr. Bauman holds a Bachelor’s of science in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and a Master’s of science in Accounting & Financial Management from Devry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. Mr. Bauman has nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, most recently in the higher education sector.
