Submit a 900–1200-word personal statement (Arial, 12-point font) addressing:

  • Financial need.

  • Interest in working with disadvantaged or marginalized communities.

  • How you plan to “pay it forward” in the future.

  • Note: You may include any other relevant information to assist the committee in their decision.
