Nicole Johnson, PhD, LCSW, is a recent graduate of the doctoral program at ICSW and is the clinical director of Urban Healing Counseling, a group practice in Raleigh, NC. She is a motivated licensed clinical social worker with comprehensive accomplishments leading mental health counseling, non-profit program management, community partnership development and cross-functional teams to ensure success and achieve goals. Nicole has implemented impactful tactics through analysis of details to gain an understanding of emerging mental health issues, trends, and relationships. She is a highly organized, creative problem solver who excels at leading teams.
